    2. Complete Your Intake + Labs
    After scheduling, you’ll complete your pre-appointment paperwork online. If lab work is needed, your order will be provided before your visit and labs must be completed in advance so your provider can review your results.

    3. Meet With Your Provider
    During your appointment, you’ll meet one-on-one with your provider to review your health history, symptoms, medications, lab results when applicable, and care goals. Please bring a photo ID and a current list of medications.

    4. Review Your Plan + Next Steps
    Your provider will discuss treatment recommendations, prescriptions if appropriate, pricing, and follow-up needs. If ongoing care is recommended, your follow-up appointment can be scheduled before you leave.

    The Studio Wellness & Co. is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Payment is collected at the time of service, with transparent pricing available online before your visit. If you have insurance, a detailed receipt can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
